To help prevent this from happening, we have compiled a list of family friendly vacations. Here is a link to do more research for yourself to decide which vacation is best for your family. Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge – Orlando, Florida Disney is on every family’s list of vacations to take. Most families, however, leave out Animal Kingdom on their list of things to do. Disney’s Animal Kingdom gives you the experience of an African safari without ever having to leave the United States (and without the African safari pricetag!). If you stay at the lodge on the property you can even get a room that overlooks the savannah.

Club Med Ixtapa – Ixtapa, Mexico Club Med in Ixtapa Mexico has more visitors under the age of 11 than adult visitors! There are clubs to entertain the children in your party while parents have some alone time. There is also a kids-only dining area. While the children are busy with outdoor activities and shows, the parents can take part in the adult activities such as scuba, archery, kayaking, and more!
