It will automatically calculate your 1st year's total cost. Select a Laboratory and Storage Plan by clicking on the circle to the left of your choices. The Form will calculate your Grand Total in the box at the bottom right. Storage of you child's Cord Blood is only $99 per year, regardless of the lab you select.
